J.Y. Lee became President and Chief Executive Officer of Doosan Infracore America and Chief Operating Officer of Machine Tool Division in December 2008. He had previously served since December 2005 as Executive Managing Director for Doosan Infracore. In 2005 he became Managing Director of Doosan Infracore Machine Tool Business Group. From 2002 to 2004 he was Director of Daewoo Heavy Industries & Machinery Ltd. He first joined Daewoo in 1978, at Daewoo Heavy Industries in Changwon, Korea as an R&D Design Engineer. Mr. Lee holds a Master of Engineering in mechanical engineering from KAIST and a BS in mechanical engineering from Seoul National University in Korea.

Stephen Yeongsu Yoon became Chief Financial Officer of Doosan Infracore America in August 2010. He previously served in the Corporate Center/ Office of the Vice Chairman for Doosan Corporation and Global Business Management Team for Doosan Infracore. Before joining Doosan, he was Sr. Manager in Strategy & Operations for Deloitte Consulting, and Principal Consultant for Samsung Group CIO Strategy Advisory Services. Mr. Yoon holds an MBA from Stern School of Business, New York University and a BA of Economics from Yonsei University in Korea.
